Format and Delivery of Rendition
You may deliver your rendition by
- mail to our postal address of P.O. Box 175 Lampasas, Tx 76550
- email to our BPP Department at bpp@lampasascad.com
- drop off box located at our building located at 109 E 5th Street Lampasas, Tx 76550
When submitting a rendition by email, it must be legible and is preferred as a .pdf file. Photo imagery of the form is not acceptable.
All guides and forms are Adobe Acrobat documents and may require Adobe Acrobat to fill out fillable forms.
